Liam has 20 years of financial, commercial and contractual and strategic partnering project experience working in both the private and public sectors in Australia after migrating from Ireland.
After 11 years working with a Publicly listed private company on major bids and tenders around Australia and internationally, Liam has spent the past 9 years as an independent advisor to both customers and suppliers on major projects in broad range of sectors.
Liam has worked with several public listed companies and government departments and agencies providing commercial, strategic, procurement and strategic partnering/alliancing advice.
Liam has a range of strategic partnering and project (and program) decision-making tools grounded in the 0 to 10RM® High Performance Relationship Management framework developed by Tony Lendrum and in the Victorian Government Investment Management and Investment Lifecycle Guidelines.
Liam is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master Of Business Degree in Collaborative business Models.
Liam is also a board member of Kerr Partnering Pty Ltd (www.kerrpartnering.com.au) and is currently advising on a number of major urban development/ regeneration projects
David Millward

David has senior, project and procurement management experience including strategic business planning and marketing for rapid growth, start-up, transition, alliancing, acquisition and the ongoing management of service and construction businesses in both the public and private sectors.
David’s experience spans diverse businesses in various markets across Australia and New Zealand including the water, power and gas utilities, defence, transport, telecommunications, warehousing, passenger, information services, parks and gardens refining, mining, resource and energy markets.
David has been providing advice and management consultant services to customers for the last 10 years that includes gaming, utilities, councils and service providers.
All the projects with which David has been involved required significant business planning and, the development and implementation of processes and systems tailored to each requirement.
David holds degrees in engineering, management and is an accredited Victorian State Government Gateway reviewer. He has also completed the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance (‘DTF’) training in investment logic mapping, a workshop to undertake a high level strategic assessment of a proposed project from an investment and benefits delivered perspective.
Jock Macneish
Jock has 40 years of applied experience in corporate communications.
After 20 years working in media broadcasting Jock spent another 20 years as an independent communications consultant. He is a director of Strategic Images Pty Ltd.
He has worked with 16 of the top 20 fortune 500 companies.
Jock uses a range of communications tools and processes including Thinking Insight Text Analytics, Harrison Owen’s Anatomy of Communication, and the Don’t Press Paradigm Method.
Jock is a member of the Australian Cartoonist Association and has won several awards for his work. He has worked for the Age, the Post Courier and Business Review Weekly.
