Moreland City Council embarked on a major Urban Regeneration initiative called The Coburg Initiative (www.thecoburginitiative.com.au).

 

BBR was initially engaged to undertake the preparation of Investment Logic Maps for elements of this initiative and to prepare a Strategic Assessment to support the procurement stage.

 

BBR then supported Council and its Lead Advisor to design and implement an interactive Strategic Partner workshop selection process culminating in a Strategic Partnering Agreement with the preferred Proponent. This included building the core competency of the Council Team in Strategic Partnering using the Tony Lendrum 0 to 10 Relationship Management Framework (www.0to10rm.com).

 

BBR was subsequently engaged to prepare the Business Case and Financial Models for The Coburg Initiative Programme and the first Catalyst Project
