BBR was engaged by the Lead Advisor (www.kerrpartnering.com.au) to Gosford City Council for their major Urban Regeneration Project (www.thegosfordchallenge.com.au). 

 

Similar to TCI, BBR initially worked to assemble all Public sector landowners into a Strategic Partnering arrangement using Investment Logic Maps and the 0 to 10RM® framework. 

 

BBR prepared business cases for Council and NSW Lands and Property Management Authority approval of the budget to create the team and implement the procurement process to select the preferred design partner to work with the Community and Landowners to create the Masterplan for the future development of Gosford City and Waterfront.

 

BBR continued to work with the Lead Advisor supporting the process until completion of the Masterplan and the Commercial Implementation Plan.
