BBR was engaged to prepare the business plan to implement to implement a new alliance contract with Jemena’s prime customer UED valued at circa $500m over 5 years and operating in a regulatory environment

 

BBR was subsequently engaged to plan the transition from the old to new contract arrangements to the of the new contract encompassing the change program for culture, process, 400 people, strategy and structure.
