BBR assisted with the tender processes to secure debt financing and with the selection of the Construction Project Manager

 

Following Construction BBR was engaged to develop and lead a mobilisation plan to create the new organisation of 70 people currently operating and maintaining the facility including recruitment of management and staff and preparation of the business management plan.

 

The Facility opened for business on Schedule and has been operating successfully since March 2009

 

BBR was subsequently engaged to work with the HRV Board to develop a five year strategic business plan.
