ElectraNet
BBR was engaged by ElectraNet (www.electranet.com.au) to review and report on the existing contract arrangements with its two key major service suppliers. ElectraNet were looking to renew contracts with its two main service providers in an environment of an expanding works program and increasingly scarce resources across the country.
Interviews and workshops based on the the 0-10RM© framework developed by Tony Lendrum were used to determine the current and future state for the relationships and the most appropriate commercial framework for the new circumstances . Participants included the client the two service providers facilitated by BBR.
