Brisbane Water used the experience within BBR to assist it with the project management of a review of current business and operational practices. The outcome of this was a business case and implementation plan to improve outcomes over an 18 month period.

 

During the extended drought in Queensland, the State Government thought it prudent to construct a desalination plant and called tenders from organisations to project manage the delivery process. BBR’s experience includes the project management of one of the consortiums preparing submissions that included Brisbane Water.
