BBR was engaged to design and implement a process to select an Alliance Partner to manage the scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns of the Dragline Excavators over a five year term.

 

BBR coached the BMA team to prepare the tender documentation and used the 0to10RM® tools and processes to prepare the BMA client team and documentation for the interview and workshop selection phase to select a preferred proponent which was facilitated by BBR.

 

BBR also advised on the preparation of the Commercial Framework and Alliance Agreement.
